What about countries where Google Wallet is not available?

I am from India, currently Google wallet isn't available here. Should I integrate Google wallet in my game? Am I eligible for Google wallet prize too?

    If you are able to integrate it, you may be eligible for the Wallet Bonus prize. It is not a requirement to use Wallet in your submission.

    If it is not available, then how are you going to integrate it and test it?
