Submission of builds and code refactoring

I have a few questions:

1) Since I am required to provide URL to working project and if my target platforms for testing are Windows and Android, then I am assuming I will need to attach a downloadable build for windows and android from the website url. In other word you can download .apk and .exe builds directly from my website right?

2) Follow up question is for Android and iOS, they have official app store and play store for distribution , but since it requires time to get approved, I am assuming the method I asked in at question 1) , would be an acceptable approach for your to test, basically a downloadable builds for each of my target platform from my website link

3) Last question, am I allowed to make any changes to my code repository, such as refactoring my codebase and also doing some minor changes to my builds after the dateline

Hi! See below for the answers to your questions.

    1. Yes, that works!
    2. Yes that is correct! It does not need to be live as long as there is an environment to test and play the game.
    3. Please do not make any changes to your code repository unless you hear explicitly from myself or the judges in order to clarify something.

    Good luck!
