Google Wallet Question

In case my app does not get accepted into the Google Play Store soon enough, or my account is not verified by the due date...
(a) Can I submit a standalone apk?
(b) Can I use the passes in demo mode?
(c) If that is the case, which email addresses should I add for testing?

    Hi, it appears the email is not valid according to the Google Wallet Console. It shows message: "Add email addresses for individuals instead of a group."
